The app says: "Choose one to sign out; it keeps working on Free."
What it means
The account is at its device limit, so another device cannot be added. The app shows how many devices are in use.
What to do
Choose a device to sign out. It keeps working on the Free plan. Or remove a device from your phone, computer or the console at fvpn.net.
Why it happens
Each account has a device limit. A device can also be refused sign-out because it is too new: sign a device out from one that is already signed in.
Where you see it
The ForestVPN apps show this message where the step failed: on the Account, Devices or link screens, and on the console at fvpn.net. The code is cp.seat_limit.
