Buy on the web or in the App Store — both are real

A web purchase and an App Store purchase are two different vendors writing to the same entitlement, not two products. They are two separate charges — buying on both never merges into one bill, and your console shows each subscription as its own row rather than one combined summary.

Apple handles the charge and the receipt. Your account number is generated on first launch.

On Android, Google Play takes the payment and keeps the receipt. Cancel in the Play Store under Subscriptions.

If you already have both, your console shows each subscription as its own row — never collapsed into one "your plan" summary. Two rows mean two charges, and we will tell you if you're paying twice rather than hide it.

Before you ask support

Trial and renewal

Is there a free trial?
Free is a standing plan, not a trial: no card and no expiry. The yearly term of Premium comes with a three-day free trial when you buy it in the App Store. Apple decides who is eligible, and a trial you do not cancel turns into a paid year. A purchase on the web has no trial.
Does Premium renew by itself?
App Store subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Google Play subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the Play Store. A card subscription bought on the web renews until you stop it in the console or Stripe's portal. A crypto purchase buys a fixed term and does not renew.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Buy the new plan; the old one runs out on its own term. If both are billed by Apple, cancel the first in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions so it doesn't renew.
What happens when Premium ends?
You go back to Free. Nothing is deleted and you are not locked out.

Refunds and paying on the web

Who refunds me?
Whoever took the payment. Apple refunds App Store purchases and Google refunds Google Play purchases; we cannot do either. A card payment on the web can be refunded through support. A crypto payment cannot be refunded.
How can I pay on the web?
By card or with crypto. You get your account number before you pay, so save it, then check out. Checkout shows which methods are open.
What if I buy in the app and on the web?
They are two separate charges, and your console shows each one as its own row. Two rows mean two charges, and we will tell you if you are paying twice rather than hide it.
Can someone else pay for my Premium?
Yes, with your pay code, never your account number. At checkout they choose "Someone else (I have their pay code)" and pay once. The time is added after any Premium you already have, and it never renews on its own.

Your number and your data

What if I lose my account number?
There's no email on the account, so we can't look it up or send it to you. If you paid by card, support can refund the charge. Support cannot restore the account itself.
Does the free tier expire?
No. It's a standing tier, not a trial window.
Do you log what I connect to?
No. There is no field anywhere for the sites you visit or the names you look up, and no record links a session to an exit. One row does link your device to the session it pays for while that ticket is open — that is how the allowance is metered and how a revoked device is cut off mid-session — and it is deleted an hour after the session settles. The privacy policy sets out exactly what it holds.
