What it means
A payment for your plan was reversed by the payment provider, so paid access stopped.
What to do
Contact support from Help in the app.
Why it happens
When a charge is reversed, the plan it paid for ends.
Where you see it
The ForestVPN apps show this message when you connect, or on the Account screen next to your plan. The code is session.billing_chargeback.
