The app says: "Traffic is getting through, worse than it should be."
What it means
The tunnel is carrying traffic, but with more loss or delay than ForestVPN expects.
What to do
Choose another location in the app and connect again. If every location is slow, try another network, such as mobile data.
Why it happens
The path between you and the server is congested, or that server is busy, or your network treats VPN traffic badly.
Where you see it
The ForestVPN apps show this message on the connection screen, and in a notification when it affects your connection. The code is net.degraded.
