The app says: "No network."
What it means
Your device has no working internet connection, so ForestVPN cannot judge anything further out.
What to do
Connect the device to Wi-Fi or a mobile network. ForestVPN carries on when the network is back.
Why it happens
The network the device is on is down or has no route to the internet.
Where you see it
The ForestVPN apps show this message on the connection screen, and in a notification when it affects your connection. The code is net.underlay_down.
