The app says: "Confirm you're signed in as the account owner and try again."
What it means
ForestVPN needs a fresh sign-in from the person who owns this computer account.
What to do
Confirm with Windows Hello or your password on Windows, or the system prompt on Linux, then try again.
Why it happens
The system's prompt was dismissed, failed or timed out. The same answer would come back, so the app does not retry by itself.
Where you see it
The Windows and Linux apps show this message. The phone and tablet apps do not have this check. The code is ne.reauth_required.
